Naming
Open source at Google is very distributed, with many teams using, contributing,
and releasing open source software. Google Open Source, a brand we introduced in
early 2017, refers to all of the disparate open source teams and activities
across Google.
Websites
Our public website is opensource.google and it contains a subset of our
docs, a project directory, a list of affiliations, and information
about our outreach programs.
Our blog can be found at opensource.googleblog.com and is the backbone of
